School Life
As a Comprehensive School, we contribute to the future-oriented development of the educational mission by offering a learning environment in which students can grow healthily and at their own pace, as well as supporting the reconciliation of family and working life.

We increasingly focus on individualised study with varying learning and teaching methods, in order to instill in our students the competencies they need for the future. Therefore, the students see their education as successful and meaningful.

To face the challenges of the 21st Century in a sustainable and innovative way, our main goal is to develop cognitive creativity.
Therefore, we offer a structured and transparent daily schedule.

Our School sees itself as a "learning organisation". We face the constant process of reflecting on teaching content and methods as well as adapting to social requirements.
These relate to the content of education, the promotion of interdisciplinary competencies, the assessment procedures, school quality and cooperation with parents and collaborative partners.

We impart learning methodological skills to the students in order for them to find relevant information, to evaluate it and to use it creatively. In addition to basic knowledge transfer, we promote social skills.

Use of Digital Media
Our classrooms are equipped with projectors or smartboards. In addition to traditional school materials, students use tablets and laptops to learn.

From Year 5 onwards, we provide our students with an Office 365 Account which includes a variety of Office software like Word, Power Point, Excel and OneDrive. This enables active learning both in school and at home.

Media Studies from Year 5
Media lessons are taught interdisciplinarily. In Year 5, students learn “Media Studies“ and in Year 7 they can choose the subject “Media and Technology”.

Cooperation from Parents and Extra-curricular Partners
Our School attaches great importance to establishing a dialogue and constructive cooperation with Parents and Partners.

Teachers, educators and parents support each other in their educational mission and contribute to the performance and well-being of our students.

In our Media Education Parents' evenings, we offer talks, tips and information about media use at school and at home.
